You should have already received a reminder from the GDC explaining how to renew so that you can continue to remain on the GDC register. The easiest way is to use eGDC, (the GDC's online portal) where you can make the ARF payment, declare your indemnity and make an annual CPD statement (or end of CPD cycle statement if required). You can also use eGDC to update your personal details.
Payments and declarations should be made by midnight, 31 July 2019.
This is the first year that annual enhanced CPD statements are part of the renewal process for DCPs. You will need to make a statement, even if you are declaring zero hours of CPD.
It's important to renew your GDC registration on time. If you don't, you will no longer be able to practise and will be removed from the register. This could also affect your DDU membership.

Dental professionals will not have to provide proof of indemnity, unless asked to do so.
