Year 2 membership terms and conditions (2018)

  1. This offer is only available to dental graduates renewing or joining from Dental Year 2 from 1 August 2018 to 31 July 2019.
  2. The gift is available to UK-resident dentists about to start their second year of practice following graduation.
  3. The gift can only be claimed once and must be requested by completing a DDU Year 2 online gift request form at theddu.com/year2. You can also request a printed gift request form by contacting the DDU.
  4. The gift is only available if you set up and renew your membership by annual Direct Debit and payment has been received.
  5. The £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be saved in the My Membership area of theddu.com as an electronic gift code three weeks after you renew. Log in will be required. 
  6. No responsibility will be taken for lost, delayed or damaged forms. Only one form per individual.
  7. The DDU reserves the right to change the gift to something else of equivalent value.
  8. The gift is non-transferable and no cash will be awarded.
  9. The gift shown in the promotional literature is for illustration purposes only. The actual gift may differ to that shown.
  10. No gift vouchers will be sent by post. 
  11. Request of the gift implies acceptance of these rules.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
