Ewa owned an award-winning dental practice, was the first dental Investor in People recipient, and served as a Denplan Advisor, BDHF (now OHF) spokesperson, speaker, and judge on The Dental Awards. Her 40 years’ experience and passion for coaching and mentoring led her to become a non-clinical coach-mentor to dental professionals and practices, building successful teams and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. In her spare time, Ewa enjoys travelling with her husband Andrzej, spending time with family and friends, and being with their two grandchildren.
