Year 2 membership renewal offer terms and conditions

1. This offer is only available to UK-resident dentists renewing or joining and starting their second year of practice from 1 August 2024 – 31 July 2025.
2. To be entitled to the gift your membership subscription must be paid by annual Direct Debit, and you must tell us you want to reserve the gift.
3. Foundation dentists renewing or joining for Year 2 membership are entitled to the following: 
   - Dental anatomical training model (while stocks last)
   or
   - £10 Amazon.co.uk eGift Card
4. We will send your gift approximately four weeks after your renewal date. Members who choose the £10 Amazon.co.uk eGift Card will be sent their gift by email as an electronic gift code.
5. The DDU reserves the right to change the gifts offered at any time without notice.
6. No correspondence will be entered into and no responsibility will be taken for gifts lost or damaged in the post.
7. You are only entitled to request one gift and the gift is non-transferable and cannot be replaced with cash.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
