Online subscription payments

UK members can pay subscriptions online. Here we answer some common questions.

What facilities are available online?

You can pay your outstanding balance by credit or debit card, set up an annual Direct Debit to pay your subscription in a single payment or request a form to pay by 10 monthly Direct Debit repayments as a credit agreement provided by Premium Credit Limited.

Who can use the service?

The facility is open to most UK members with an outstanding balance and no Direct Debit already in place. Unfortunately it's not possible to use the online service if your subscription is payable in Euros. Please phone 1 800 509 132 to arrange payment.

How do I pay my subscription online?

There are two ways.

  1. Go to theddu.com/subs - you'll need your membership number, payment reference and outstanding balance.

Where can I find my payment reference?

The payment reference is a number unique to you and can be found in a number of places:

  • on page two of your renewal invitation under the Subscription details section
  • in the first paragraph on renewal reminders
  • at the top of most other letters sent from our membership department.
