Compliance systems survey

1. These terms and conditions apply to the compliance systems survey prize draw open to all DDU members.
2. The prize is a £100 Amazon e-gift card.
3. To enter the prize draw complete the survey (including your contact details) before 12 December 2025. No other forms of entry will be accepted and only one entry per individual is permitted.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
5. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted within a week of the prize draw closing.
6. The name of the winner will be available on request unless permission has been withheld. To object, email marketing@theddu.com at the time of entry.
7. The DDU reserves the right to change the prize to something else of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash will be awarded.
8. The DDU reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw without notice.
9. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any other requirements set out in any promotional material relating to this prize draw.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Amazon.
12. The information received from you will be treated in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
